Cinthia currently works as the CEO and Founder of Autentica Consulting, LLC, a practice that specializes in leadership, equity, diversity and inclusion strategies. In her previous position, Cinthia worked as a Senior DEI Consultant for All In Consulting Co. Cinthia joined the SEN podcast and shared her knowledge on mentorship, the shift in the workforce regarding the current attack on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
